Nikki & Kat are literally the best servers I’ve had in my entire life!!!! They were sweet, attentive, and genuinely cared about our experience! Please ask for them when you dine here if you can. You won’t regret it. Also, Sarah, one of the managers at this location came and checked up on us and made sure we were doing great, which we were. Super friendly manager and employees who are an asset.

We ordered takeout meals and were thoroughly pleased! The meals were delicious and the service was beyond amazing! Ben, the General Manager, offers wonderful customer service and goes above and beyond to provide an excellent meal and experience!

My family and I came here yesterday for a family dinner like we normally do because they always have a big enough sections to seat 8 of us . The food was great as always but our server Debbie was even better . She was on top of everything . She handled our table with such a mother like feel . And let me tell you my family is needy lol my husband and I were so pleased with her great attitude and attentiveness. She really made our dinner out even more enjoyable.

Had a great experience here. Our waiter, Ken, is always good to us and on the ball with service. We also love the deals O’Charlies has during the weekdays. The menu has lots of great options for pretty good prices. Our food was very good and we enjoyed our time here.

For the first time ever we had bad service!! Our server didn’t put in our order until I asked about it half hour later. We ordered basic meals, meat loaf and a smash burger. Our server was running around, but hardly paid any attention to us. We arrived around 3:10 pm, left at 4:26 pm. Otherwise the food is always amazing!

The server at the bar was friendly and prompt. The filet mignon ordered medium well was perfect and very tender. We enjoyed our lunch.

My Server did a wonderful job. Food was fantastic. The atmosphere was very relaxing. My first time Dining there, but it Won't be My Last!!!
